Dr. Nabbout earned his medical degree from Saint Joseph University School of Medicine in Beruit, Lebanon. After completing his residency at Cambridge Hospital, Harvard School of Medicine, he joined a local primary care practice in Lowell, MA, with Saints Medical Center. In 2002, he started his own private practice as Global Care Medical Group, P.C.

Originally from Lebanon, he is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Dr. Nabbout has enormous experience in providing a full spectrum of adult healthcare including vast knowledge in the areas of diabetes, diseases of the heart, lungs, and gastrointestinal systems. He also served as a physician for the City of Lowell, Board of Saints Medical Center, Merrimack Valley IPA Board Member, and as the Director of Lowell Healthcare.

In a world where “managed care” is becoming more prevalent, Dr. Nabbout believes in the time honored tradition of seeing his own patients when they are in the hospital or nursing home. He believes that is when they need their own physician the most.

Rose achieved her Bachelor of Science in 1981 and her Master of Science in 1984 from the University of Lowell, MA. Rose practiced with her father, John Janas, M.D., in his family practice from 1984-1998. She has been working with Dr. Nabbout since 1998.

Certified by ANCC, American Nurses Credentialing Center, as a Family Practitioner, she was also inducted into Sigma Theta Tau-National Honor Society of nursing in 1984.

Rose resides with her family in Hampton, NH, and enjoys swimming, walking, and spending time with her family.

Cherie Chenel has over 15 years of experience in clinical and medical management experience in both private practice and facility setting. She has been with Global Care Medical Group since Dr. Nabbout opened his practice in 2002. Cherie is a Licensed Practical Nurse as well as a Registered Medical Coder.
